So this is the first year that it feels like nothing has gone as planned or at least hoped.  As usual I miss my grandma more this time of the year since it was always her favorite season.  All of the homemade goodies which I still make oh my her homemade peanut butter fudge mmm.. Made 2 batches this year and both turned out perfect :) I will admit that I have been fairly emotional but trying to do all of this for my kids.  Some of the family can't be here together which hurts as well as I had been planning on a good friend coming but yet to see or hear from..But I will make it get better and seeing my kids so happy in the morning will help big time.
This is also the first year to where I am realizing that I need to change how we decorate and how long..my tree just went back up on Thursday (I had it up and had to move it to the office for the month...  Then theres the wrapping paper issue (TJ still can't understand how to unwrap gifts so looks like a night of tearing off the paper and switching his gifts to gift bags, he looks at me with a sad face and asks for help to open his gifts) that really hurt when he kept asking for help at his prek party and he just got looks, it made me so sad to see them not understand what he was saying,,,Well time to watch some cartoons with TJ since Baby girl is laying down already, have a great one.

Have a very Merry Christmas everyone!!
