Mini Pizza Recipe

Breakfast, snack, lunch, snack, dinner, snack... Repeat. There are days when I’m not exciting about having to prepare another meal. Eating is important, I know, but its nice to have a break sometimes... even if its only for one meal. This is mini pizza recipe is one that the kids can completely make themselves! All you have to do is place it in the oven, set the timer, and take it out!

Mini Pizza Recipe

  • what you need:
  • english muffins
  • shredded cheese, your preference
  • pasta or tomato sauce
  • spinach, loose leaf (optional)
  • pepperoni, sliced

Mini Pizza Recipe

  • what to do:
  • Separate the english muffin into two halves
  • Take a spoonful of pasta sauce and spread it evenly over each side
  • Add the spinach, pepperoni, and top with cheese
  • Place them on a cookie sheet or pizza pan and place under the broiler for 1-2 min
  • Allow the mini pizzas to cool before taking a bite ;)

  • Using your imagination and the ingredients you have on hand is the key to this easy meal
  • Not interested in pepperoni? You can always use sausage, more veggies, or just cheese!
  • Mini bagels also work great as an alternative to the english muffins
