Well,  it's monday again and in this house we call it monday madness. Trying to get up in the morning and getting the kids dressed and ready for the bus and then getting the husband up and getting breakfast made and starting my day.  I am always rushing around the house on monday mornings trying to get everyone fed and dressed with one of the kids having to find their clothes or their shoes or their bookbags i don't get a chance to slow down and at 6 in the morning all you want to really do is go back to bed and stay warm.  Now that i have all the madness out of the way I can finally slow down a bit and make some coffee and some breakfast and just sit for a few minutes before I start the all dreaded, never ending house cleaning and laundry.  My routine pretty much is the same on a daily basis sometimes i feel like i am in the movie groundhogs day because i do the same thing every day and it's just never ending. When the kids get home from school they fight and fuss and it usually stays that way until bedtime.  Now i love my kids to death but i enjoy bedtime because that is when i can take a nice hot bath and just relax and enjoy peace and quiet and listen to music and maybe once in a while even enjoy a glass of wine.  Life in my house is always crazy but it's never dull and I have learned to always expect the unexpected because I never know what the kids or husband is going to do or say.  Today by the way is my youngest childs birthday she is 5yrs old.  Hard to believe, seems like she was born just yesterday and now she is growing up faster than ever.
