What a day it has been! Today marks the one year anniversary since Julia’s last chemotherapy treatment. I am so excited that this day was able to be marked in a significant, though not loud celebratory, way. Thanks to Carolinas Healthcare Foundation, I was able to get the website up for Julia’s Rainbow Fund … Whoo hoo!!! We have a lot of work to do, but the seriousness of our mission is real and my family is getting so excited about some of the things we are working on.

Feel free to check it out! I will be setting up a separate site at www.juliasrainbow.org , but it is not up and running yet. Stay tuned! Thank you for being there this past year and more importantly for standing behind us the last five and a half.

Life has been good and we are taking it all in and taking it as it comes … no other options, right?
