Last Week's Strategy
Last week's strategy was to start a "Joy Journal". It is often so easy to get lured into dwelling on the negative and forgetting about the positive things in our lives. Of all the strategies I have tried over the past three months, this has been one of my favourites! Every day at the end of the day, I think of ONE happy/joyful moment in my day and I record it in my joy journal. I was pleasantly surprised by how hard it was to decide on just one thing. So many wonderful things happen in a day!
