I am a mom of 3:) and i love being a mom. I am a stay at home mom and that is work too! but it's fun. I love where i live, it's a small town where you can walk down main street and recognize the faces. We moved here because we wanted to have our kids grow up in a place that wasn't busy. My husband is great. We have been married 5 and a half years already! I remember when we first got married i couldn't imagine where we would be after 5 years of marriage and here we are 3 kids later and our life completely different then when we started. My mom told me today that i needed to right down what i am grateful for (rough day) so here it goes, I am beyond grateful for my family, I am thankful for my health, and yes i mean that i am going to get over my hypochondria, i am so tired of worrying. I am thankful for my friends, i love them. I am thankful for my camera lol. I am thankful for my van even if it needs work. I am thankful for the chance tina and i were given to do 'lighthouse' a ministry to help the needy, and i am thankful that i finally feel like i am going to get somewhere with it.I am thankful to have what i have. I guess i need to look at it more that way. I have a lot to do and i think i overwhelm myself. Every mom needs a break sometimes but with breastfeeding i find that very hard. I told josh today that all i want is to lay on the beach alone with a book. I walk a lot and that helps but i need MORE alone time. i love being with my kids all day and i wouldn't trade it for anything but like i told josh everyone needs a personal day. We recently visited fl for my friends baby being born (she is gorgeous) I was really happy to see everyone, me and amy had some fun coffee runs and of course seeing the zinzi's:) I even held a snake! Our friends mitch and sarah have a corn snake and i held it. i have never been so proud of myself. it was nice to get away for awhile but it showed me how much i love where i am. NC is beautiful! I love having fl to vacation to though. Next year we are spending the week in disney for Alan's 1st birthday! we rented a condo already i am really excited! but that's the fl i love the one i can leave behind when i am ready to go home:)
so i have no idea what this really is about but i think i will continue to blog, it is a good stress reducer.
