New Video Helps You Dance Yourself Healthy

It's already February and for those of you who know how time flies, swimsuit season will be here before we know it. Have you kept up with your fitness goals for 2013? Ilyse Baker, a LA-based dance fitness and health guru and founder of Dancinerate, is sharing her knowledge and popular classes with everyone around the world. Dancinerate™: Burn with the Beat, now on DVD, is what LA crowds and celebs like Lee Ann Rimes have been raving over for years.

Dancinerate™: Burn with the Beat is broken down into two separate workouts, one that focuses on the upper body and the other
on the lower body.
