My mother=in-law showed me this super easy, super yummy cake that's so pretty and yummy and perfect for guests.

It's the No Bake Cake.

To make it you will need square tea biscuits, 2 pkgs of pudding (you can mix and match), 2/3 cups of margarine, and whipped cream.  Sprinkles or chocolate shavings optional.

Line the bottom of your pan with tea biscuits.  You may need to trim them down to make sure it is lined well - like what I did.  The easiest way to do this is to run your knife blade down the biscuit and then break it.

Take one flavor of pudding mix (we'll call it "filling") and spread it along the first layer (instructions to make the filling are below).  This is difficult to do at first because it will tend to disturb your tea biscuit layer, but once you've carefully covered the biscuits, it will be easier

Lay a new layer of biscuits.

To make the filling, make a package of pudding according to the directions and let cool.

Slowly add 2/3 cups (more or less, depending on how thick you want the filling) and mix with a mixer.

It should look something like this.

Add approximately 1 cup of crushed tea biscuit crumbs and mix in

So that it looks like this

Spread the second layer of fill on top of the biscuits

Add one more layer of biscuits

Melt about 70 grams or so of chocolate with about 1/2 T of oil (more or less) and spread along the new layer of biscuits

Whip the whipping cream (or you can use whipped topping) and spread along the layer of chocolate

I sprinkled chocolate over the top - you can decorate the top however you'd like.

Refrigerate overnight.  This is important because the tea biscuits need to soften before eating.

Enjoy!
