ICE CREAM CONE CAKE POPS

Looking for a fun activity for your child’s upcoming birthday party? Create delicious ice cream cone cake pops! Set up a table with Cake It Easy Cake Pop Kits and the additional toppings needed. Create one beforehand for the children to see and use as a model. Since no baking is required for the cake pop mix, there is little prep time, and it is easy for children to use.

What You Need:

  • Cake-It-Easy No Bake Cake Pop Activity Kit (number of kits depends on number of children in attendance. Kit makes approximately 10 one inch cake pops. For this birthday party activity idea you will make about 5 ice cream cone cake pops per kit. Kit includes chocolate cake pop mix, sticks, rainbow sprinkles, one placemat)
  • Ice Cream Cones
  • White Frosting (or any other color/flavor you'd like)
  • Water
  • Oil
  • Red Sprinkles or Red Sugar Crystals

Directions:

  • Place cake pop mix into bowl
  • Add 1/3 cup water and 1 tablespoon of oil
  • After washing hands, mix until mixture is smooth and uniform
  • Roll into 2” balls
  • Refrigerate for 15 to 30 minutes
  • Place rainbow sprinkles into a bowl
  • Place red sprinkles or red sugar crystals in a bowl
