Hello mamas! I'm ending my first week with Insanity strong. I'm proud to say that I finished six straight days of really intense cardio workouts straight without missing a day. I feel great! This program is no joke. I haven't been able to complete the entire workout at the intensity or speed that the people on the video do but I see improvement.
