OMG!!! Can You Believe I Shopped Organic?

Keeping up with this new dieting experience, I had to pick up a few items I kept forgetting to look for. Who knew Walmart and the local grocery stores sold organic food? I know, I know...that's a given. But, I never had an interest in them because I assumed the price would be way to high for my piggy bank. That was definitely true when considering the price of items at the grocery and "real" food grocery stores with the price of the same exact items at Walmart. Tomato Paste: OMG, alone this tastes disgusting. But, mixed with seasonings and spread over steak strips, delicioso!

Steel Cut Oats: Never heard of it before the Fast Metabolism Diet. Who knew oats were not originally flat? I didn't taste this yet, but I heard it's nutty and takes forever to cook. Maybe I'll start cooking in now so it will be ready by next week Monday! (continue)
