For the past seven years I have been either pregnant, nursing, running after the kiddies or all of the above, and at the same time. I turned into a very physical, sensual person, when most of my life I had been quite passive and lazy.


But this way of living made me realize that the best ideas, the most creative ones, come while you are on the move.


It also made me not realize that I suffer from postpartum depression, and have been for too long. And being too busy running around, not taking care of myself.


These insights grew into a writing therapy method for women.
