I thought to share with you about last night that I went out to a friend's house, it was a good and challenge since I am only one who is deaf mom. Some of moms knows some of sign language which is nice, we had a lot nice snacks and drinks. I know sometimes it wasn't easy knowing there are a lot of talking that I have no idea what they are talking about but I had a good patient with everyone and somehow I said I wish that I have laptop with me so that way we could communicate since I always use paper with pen to communicate with hearing people so one of friend who have a laptop that they thought it was a great idea so we got to know each other a little better and one of friend would let me know what moms are talking about so I did shared with my experience what they have talked about and we played a game that we have wrote down what people doesn't know about us that will surprised them , I was nervous and worried wasn't sure what I am going t write so I thought to wrote down that I born in Scotland that they don't know about me. I did my best and I felt good that I was brave enough did this. I am glad that I did went to Mom Night Out last night.
