Do you find yourself overwhelmed by too many people? Whether you are sharing a rented house with friends or hosting family in your own house, sometimes it just gets to be too much. Sometimes you just feel the need to escape for a little bit.

How do we survive such close quarters with friends, family or even strangers? Some people thrive in these situations. They love having people around and lots of activity happening. Others feel overwhelmed and drained or worn out by so many people.  Either way it is just your nature so don’t feel bad if you need some alone time.

The most important thing for me in realizing that I'm an introvert was understand what gives me energy and what drains my energy.  It's been very enlightening.  I better understand why even with my close friends I usually need to go off by myself after a few hours.

When I go off work in the evenings, I prefer to be alone in my own nest, relaxing and doing what I love to do.  Maybe I am called an Introvert.. lol..
