My 2yo has made some excellent gains with his feeding. About a few days ago, he starting feeding himself! WHOO HOO! I won't have to feed him in college! Phew! And a few weeks ago he was able to eat food with chunks of veggies. I was considering ending his feeding therapy sessions. Great news, right?

Well, then there was a set back. He started gagging when I put chunks of banana in his yogurt. From then, it was downhill. I recently foresaw myself pureeing his lunch for kindergarten!AAAHHHHH!!

The great thing about my son's age is that everyday he's exploring and learning and changing. So I was grateful when he finished his yogurt with grapes last night. Success!! I have to remember this the next time we have another setback!
