This was a very quick and easy way to make orange chicken. So tasty that my husband second guessed me when I said I made it…lol

I cleaned and cut 3 large chicken breasts into approx. 1in. cubes and placed them in a plastic bag along with a little flour and a few drops of hot sauce to make a pasty coating (add a drop or two of water if necessary). Let sit for about 5 minutes.
Heat oil for frying. Use enough oil to cover about 1/2 in a large frying pan. Place flour (approx. 1 1/2 cups) and seasonings in container. Remove chicken from plastic bag and place in the flour mixture. Coat chicken evenly. Place chicken in frying pan and fry until golden brown and then turn over and repeat on other side. Meat temperature should reach 170 degrees. Remove chicken and place on paper towels to drain the grease.
In a new frying pan add preferred sauce. Heat till it bubbles and thickens slightly, then add meat. Toss to coat evenly. Serve and enjoy.
