Random Thoughts and Need SEO Advice / Help!

Good Morning!

Well, Yesterday I posted a "VLog" which I have never done before and apparently no one viewed it....Oh well.  Its on You Tube so we will see if anyone is interested.

Well, I am a working mom and Entrepreneur.  (A lot of other things too:)  I work in healthcare and have been doing so for many years, it pays great and I do enjoy it although getting a bit bored.  I come from a long line of Entrepreneurs, It is something that I really cannot help, it is just in me.  I don't have much time between working full time and raising a 2 and 5 year old, which by far is the greatest most fascinating thing that I have ever done....I decided to start 3 e-commerce businesses in hopes to make enough money with it to just do that instead of healthcare....I would love to be self employeed.....I really enjoy marketing and love the whole internet scene......Do any of the moms out there have any suggestions on getting ranked as high as possible on Google?
