Red Leaf Tea - Caramel Matchaccino Review

I was given the opportunity to try two products from RedLeafTea.com. The Caramel Matchaccino and the Naturally flavored Eggnog Matcha. I've never heard of either products, but I was excited to try them. Here's my thoughts in the Caramel Matchaccino.

First things first, I had no idea what Matcha (maccha) was, but after reading the Red Leaf Tea website and doing a little online research, I learned that:

 "The health benefits of Matcha tea exceed those of green tea because when you drink Matcha you ingest the whole leaf, not just the brewed water."
"One glass of Matcha is the equivalent of 10 glasses of green tea in terms of its nutritional value and antioxidant content." (from www.matchasource.com)
They provide a natural energy boost

I have a good tolerance for caffeine and only experience headaches occasionally after drinking tea, so I had no reservations about trying this. I mixed 1 tablespoon of the Matcha with 8 oz of milk and a few ice cubes in the blender. Blended for a few seconds and I was ready for the taste test!
