Remember 9/11 (when you were to young to)

Since September started people have asked and asked and asked…. Where were you ten years ago? And I’ve read all the answers. I’ve read memory after memory that can’t be forgotten because the life ending explosion reached across the country etching that particular moment into everyone’s mind.
Except for mine. I hardly remember anything from that day. Why? Because I was 8. And at 8 you don’t understand. You don’t care.
In fact… this is the first time I’ve ever cared about what happened.
