Dillon Importing Co. has recalled Captain Cutlass Pirate Toy Guns

About 6,970 toy guns have been recalled to due violation of lead paint standards.  While no incidents or injuries have been reported, it has been discovered that the surface paints contain excessive levels of lead. The US Consumer Product Safety Commission advises that consumers contact Dillon Importing to return the toy gun and to receive a full refund.

 

 

Buy Buy Baby Recalls Pink Angel Embroidered Girls’ Denim Shorts

About 1,170 denim shorts have been recalled after Buy Buy Baby received one report of the shorts’ decorative studs detaching from the shorts.  Because of the choking hazard posed by these studs, the CPSC recommends consumers return these shorts to the appropriate retail stores.
