You are so UGLY. You're fat and out of shape. A complete and total mess. You will never amount to anything. Always BROKE. Nobody likes you. Your never going to get out of this situation. Your dreams? Forget about it. They are STUPID anyway. Nobody is ever going to love you. Why would they? Your not worth much. Maybe if you lost some weight, was a little prettier or wasn't so DUMB maybe you'd be happy. But I doubt it. Anyway, carry on with your boring life. LOSER.
---------------------------------------------------
Sound familiar? This makes me feel sad but there are people out there that are this cruel to others and most likely they've said it to you. Now, if this has been said to you and you don't like others saying this to you then why would you say things like this to yourself?

The #1 reason people fail in life is because of negative self-talk. A lot of people are in VERBALLY ABUSIVE RELATIONSHIPS WITH THEMSELVES, and being beaten and torn down every day. Your self esteem is VITAL to your success!!! You'd fight for your life to get out of an abusive relationship wouldn't you?

Well get out of the one you're in with yourself. They way you treat you, is the way people treat you. So if you want to stop being BEATEN by life. Stop beating up on yourself.

You are AWESOME!!!!!! But you must talk positive to yourself... I can not build your self esteem ...only you can do that ...so start today and change your self talk...we believe what we tell ourselves is true -- so start telling yourself the truth!!!
