It is so easy to get busy with life that many times we forget to take time for ourselves. Sometimes you reach the end of a week and wonder where did it all go? Or maybe you have come to the end of a weekend that was ment for relaxing only to find that you have been busy the entier time and are even more in need of a break than you were to start with.

There is no magical way to slow our days down, the only secret is to stop. Make yourself stop and rest. No one can do it for you, only you can.

Take some time to just do nothing but relax and let your mind be at rest. Put the handhelds and electronic gadgets down, turn off the cell phones, don't answer your emails or facebook, don't check on your twitter account. Just place it all on hold and relax, the world can still run without you.

Enjoy the world around you don't rush through it.
