In preparing the menu for hyperactive children, it’s very important to eliminate or restrict foods that are suspected to trigger hyperactivity. We shouldn’t add food additives (such as MSG, synthetic dyes, synthetic sweeteners, and benzoate). Limit the member of food or beverages that may contain additional materials synthesis, such as: syrup, instant noodles, biscuits, steamed cake, and ice cream. We should choose food that can help reduce or overcome hyperactivity.
