I was so excited to review my first book ‘The King’s Christmas’ by Eldon Johnson. This book is about a little girl name Emma and her dog Shu-Shu who were invited to the King’s birthday party – His royal Christmas celebration. Emma was so thrilled to be invited that she decided to bring a gift to give to the King. On their way Emma met people who were in need. She stops to offer them what she had with her and continued her journey to the King’s party. When Emma arrived at the party she was sad she didn’t have a gift to give to the King. But she later found out that her giving to the people she met on her way to the party was the best present she gave to the King.

I love this book because it teaches a valuable lesson to children and adults on the true meaning of Christmas and how it is important to give and help others. That is why we at Memorable Children Books & Gifts love to give based on Matthew 25:40. The King’s Christmas List would make a great holiday gift. And please don’t wait for Christmas to give a gift.

The King’s Christmas List is written by Eldon Johnson and beautifully illustrated by Bonnie Leick.
