One of the best things I learned that helped me dramatically through the years of raising my beautiful daughters and now helping with my amazing grandchildren is reiki (ray-key). In 1985 a friend of mine talked me into taking a Reiki I class. She convinced me that it would help the learning disabled students I worked with - so I took the class which was held at her home in Boulder, Colorado.

Well I can tell you that was a profound event that changed my life forever. I could reiki anywhere, anytime and it helped everything. Both of my daughters played basketball, and I was constantly reiking them for something. I was a single mother and I know reiki made that path so much smoothier than it could have been. I learned to allow life to flow instead of trying to force it to go my way.

Eventually I became a Reiki Master, and now teach classes all over the world. Many of the teachers at the large high school I taught at took classes from me. They discovered that just taking the class improved their lives and the climate in their classrooms. The communication between them and their students flowed better and they were happier overall.

If you are interested in Reiki or my Reiki A Way of Life book check out www.coincidence-creativity.comSometime after Christmas we will be offering free Reiki meditations that you can download from my website.

Have a great week,

Patricia
