Things I Love: GroupGel Group Management System

One thing that makes me happy: programs that make my life easier. So when I heard about GroupGel – a totally free website that groups can use to streamline their operations and communications – I was intrigued. And now that I’ve had a chance to check out all of the features for myself – I’m in lurve. And I’ve totally recommended that my Mom’s Club (yes, that’s a real thing) uses it! Let me tell you what exactly makes this website so awesome:

Messages are suddenly easy to find. If you guys are anything like me, your inbox is a total mess. I get at least 200 emails a day – and it can take forever to find a message if it gets buried somewhere in my email box. With GroupGel, all of your group messages are easy to find. PLUS: when you send out a message to the group, it gives you the option to not just send it via email to the group (which saves it to their GroupGel message center), but also to send the message out via text and/or a phone call. This would really come in handy if you had a last minute message – or change in plans for an activity – that you needed to make SURE got out to the group!...Continue reading at The Mommyhood Project
