When horrible things happen like they did on Monday, they make my heart ache.  They make me hurt for my children and I do everything I can to protect them from knowing the hatred that some people have in themselves. 

Even at my busiest moments yesterday my mind would think of those in Boston and I find myself without words. 

I have read so many posts talking about the runners and people of Boston and how terrible it all is but still I have no words. 

So for today I am doing a Wordless Wednesday of sorts.
