Tired of Wearing Sweatpants Because Nothing Else Fits?

Now that the New Year is here, do you find yourself staring into the closet wishing you could fit into clothes that seemed to fit just a few months ago?  Is your belt feeling a little tighter?

This is the time of year that millions of people resolve to lose weight.  You’ve likely seen commercials for the latest weight loss products that feature celebrities.  Typically, they involve purchasing expensive, pre-made meals or counting calories or points.  Many people start these programs only to give up because they’re too expensive or too complicated…or both.

What if you could lose the weight once and for all, without gimmicks or counting calories or points?  What if you could lose the weight safely and effectively, without the side effects of drugs or surgery?  What if you could lose the weight, even if you’re experiencing a serious health concern, like diabetes, or issues related to gluten?

That would be a true blessing wouldn't it?  Well, stay tuned for a series of posts designed to help you shed the pounds (not just water weight) and keep them off.  You will look better, sleep better and feel better.  Your heart will be healthier and you might even find that your "numbers" (like triglycerides and faster sugar) decrease as well.

God has gifted us our "mom bodies" to achieve greatness in this world.  But in order to be a blessing to ourselves, we must allow God to bless us as well.  I look forward to your questions and your comments!  Your life can be green in 2013!
