1. A Day At Adventure Zone
Adventure Zone is for adventurous kids. They’ll go nuts climbing the 9-meter high climbing pinnacle and the 6-meter high climbing wall. They can also hang from the rafters, do some rope-walking, skating in the skate park and jump on trampolines of different sizes in the trampoline park. If your kids seem too full of energy and they’re tearing around your hotel suite, just take them to Adventure Zone to cool off.
2. A Day At The Palm Island
Just get on the monorail at the palm’s trunk and ride all the way to the tip of the crescent, where the Atlantis resort is located. Here your kids can enjoy various adventures, including Aquaventure Waterpark. Get up close to the dolphins at Dolphin Bay; your kids will love to feed them and play with them. The Lost Chambers is an aquarium that is great fun for kids of all ages. Enjoy yourselves on the Palm the whole day and head back to the monorail in the evening.

Ice, and in Dubai? Oh yes. Dubai is now home to the famous Ski Dubai in Emirates Mall and a huge Ice-skating Rink in Dubai Mall. Ski Dubai is the world’s largest indoor snow park where they can enjoy bobsledding, snowboarding, tobogganing, skiing, and have a snowball fight. They will love the little snow penguins that waddle cutely on the snow slopes! The Ice Rink at Dubai Mall is simply huge. Regular fun events are held here, including New Year’s celebrations and Valentine’s Day fun.
7. Take Them To The Madinat Jumeirah
The lovely resort of Madinat Jumeirah is a real-to-goodness recreation of an ancient Arabic marketplace. It has waterways on which you can ride an abra boat, lush green landscaping, tiny market stalls and boutiques and tons of eateries from casual to high-end. It’s a stunning place and your kids will love it.
8. Take Them To Explore The Mighty Burj Khalifa
Book your tickets to the At The Top observatory ahead of time. Take your kids to the Burj Khalifa in the morning and enjoy breakfast at Souk Al Bahar. Admire the splendid view of the Dubai Fountains and the mighty Burj from Souk Al Bahar. Walk around the boulevard or ride the trolley bus to explore the Burj’s mighty construction. Take the lift to At The Top on the 124th floor to enjoy the most incredible views of the city. Let them take as many selfies as they want in front of the Dubai Fountains and the Burj Khalifa – after all, they are two of the most famous landmarks in the world!
9. Visit The Old Towns Of Dubai
Take the kids away from Dubai’s glamor, for an immersive experience in the UAE’s culture and heritage. Cross the Dubai Creek in an old abra and visit the towns of Deira and Bur Dubai. Let the kids absorb the sights, the sounds and the ambience of old Dubai. Let them learn to haggle with the best over spices and carpets and learn how the other side of the world lives. Let them explore the gold, spice and textile souk and don’t forget to take them to check out the Dubai Museum. Most people miss this, but do take your kids to the not-very-well-known Bastakiya quarter and let them explore its narrow streets and check out the authentic old-times wind-tower buildings.
10. Take Them On A Superb Desert Adventure!
Your kids will love the fabulous desert safari with its myriad adrenalin-jerking adventures. Sign up for an overnight safari so the kids can have a well-rounded experience. Let them enjoy bashing the dunes in a luxury SUV – an experience that’s rather like being on a great roller coaster, up and down the dunes. Then they can enjoy some sand boarding, which is absolutely tops in the fun department. Then there’s quad biking, camel riding and finally, sunset photography and a wow buffet dinner with onboard entertainment. It’ll be a fun evening and the night spent under the brilliant desert stars will be forever etched into their minds.
