Two Free and Effective Methods for Clearing Skin Problems

What are the most effective methods for clearing up acne breakouts and skin rashes? Do you need to spend a lot of money to get great results? The answer is no, you don't have to spend a fortune to be one of those women who get to enjoy healthy and beautiful skin.

There are two methods you can use to clear up your skin naturally and it won't cost a cent. We'll talk about both of these methods and why they work to help clear your skin naturally and effectively.

Drink Clean Pure Water Daily

What's so important about water when it comes to our skin?

Water cleanses our body by carrying toxins, chemicals, and waste out of the body, which in turn cleanses our insides and our skin at the same time. Our digestive system requires a healthy amount of water every day so it can process our food properly and then eliminate that which the body doesn't need. When our digestive system works well, our skin benefits!

When the skin is kept clean and free of chemicals on the outside and is cleansed from the inside as well, you'll notice younger and more vibrant looking skin.

Did you know that drinking at least 64 ounces of water daily helps to encourage a happy mood? When we are happier and less stressed, our skin stays clearer and more acne-free.

Water is also a key element of flushing unnecessary fat from the body. Clear skin is a result of keeping harmful fats out of our diets, but we all know we can't eat perfectly all the time, so water will help by carrying the bad fats out of our body.

Our skin is the largest organ of our body and is affected by the amount of water we drink or don't drink each day. Hydrating our skin properly keeps skin moisturized and improves the elasticity of the skin. What does that mean for you? It means your skin will appear tighter and more youthful.

Avoid Exposure to Chemicals and Fragrances

Women and men with sensitive skin need to be aware that most health and beauty products contain some sort of fragrance. Fragrances are primarily synthetic chemicals that can cause a negative skin reaction, such as a rash, redness, or acne.

What other places could fragrance be hiding? Your laundry detergent, cleaners you use to clean your house, and cosmetics are just a few.

Take time to read the ingredient list on your products to make sure they don't contain fragrance or a list of chemical ingredient names you're not able to pronounce.

Even natural fragrances can be an irritant to sensitive skin, so be careful of those too.

Products to check include: shampoo, conditioner, body soap, facial soap, makeup, detergent, lotion, and sunscreen.

The fewer fragrances and chemicals that come into contact with your skin, the better!

Look for products that are organic or truly hypoallergenic – no parabens, preservatives, or fragrances. They're a bit more difficult to find, but they are out there on the market.

Taking these two steps – drinking water and avoiding fragrances – can make all the difference for you and your skin! Enjoy more beautiful clear skin by following these two easy and free methods. You'll be glad you did!
