ust lately feeding my family has become farcical.

Seriously, I’m a good cook, I make nice food, admittedly sometimes when I’ve finished I have to rename it as something else to which I had started out making, but still it’s usually edible.

However… the Whimsical children are pushing me to the edge of patience. I put down plates of food with a general statement… ”Phwooar I’ll bet there is plenty of people wish they were going home to a plate of this” or the like.

Immediately I’m replied to with “uuurrrghhh Im not eating this, I don’t like *potato, pasta, meat, vegetables, egg, rice, broccoli, fish, tomato sauce…” (* delete depending on the day of the week). They then go on to sort plate of food out into segmented mini piles and start to negotiate which aspects they will at a push eat in return for offer of pudding!

I have a rule – you eat it all or you get no pudding.
