Tuesday was 67 and sunny in Michigan and yesterday was 38 and snowy. So I spent the day inside catching up. It felt great to get so many things checked off my to do list that have been there for quite a while now. Today is another full day, volunteering in the morning at the boys school and then double meetings one in the afternoon and one in the evening.
For now here is my unofficial review of Sof Sole Fit insoles. I received these insoles as a prize for a challenge that I am doing as one of the weekly winners.
**Disclaimer: I was not asked to do review this product by the company. I am choosing to do so on my own.
The FIT series uses three distinct arch types and tuned high rebound foam to allow our product to work in conjunction with your foot type.
Sof Sole Fit insoles work with your specific foot type to promote your foot’s natural range of motion, improving footwear fit, performance and comfort.
I won these in the challenge I was asked my arch type and shoes size. I visited the Sof Sole website and followed the instructions and determined I was a neutral arch.
The directions said to replace the current insole of the shoe with the Sof Sole. The FIT soles fit perfectly in my shoe and were easy to put in.
I wore the FIT soles in my shoes for a week’s worth of workouts and to be completely honest they are not for me. I didn’t like the way they felt. They at times made my feet hurt. I never hit a point in my workouts where I forgot they were there. I found them to be very stiff and hard in my shoes. In high school I wore prescription orthotics which were made out of hard plastic, not a lot of give so it is not that I wasn’t familiar with the feel of a hard arch support. The FIT soles for me were too hard and took some of the cushion out of my shoe during my runs.
These may be good for others who like or require more arch support.
