What’s for Supper Sunday – Tuna Salad Recipe (on Salad!)

This is a perfect late night meal or lunch.  It is super fast to throw together, and is not extra heavy on the tummy.

What you’ll need: 

3 cans tuna, packed in water

juice of 1/2 a lime

1/3 cup mayonnaise

2 Tablespoons grainy Dijon mustard

1 teaspoon celery seed

1 small carrot, grated

favourite leafy greens

tomato

sweet apple, chopped

What you do with the stuff:

1- Mix together in a large bowl the tuna, mayonnaise, mustard, celery seed and carrot.  Set aside.

2- Combine greens, tomato and apple on a plate.  Top with tuna mixture.  Makes 3 generous servings.  Enjoy!
