Here's the plan, the VGNO is my Friday night party (it does go all weekend however ;-> ) If someone has chosen to be a part of the Virtual Girls Night Out (by including their link at the end of the post) then the kindly thing to do is visit their blog and comment with a "Happy VGNO!" on their most recent post.
You will get the hang of it. It's a great way to meet new bloggers and introduce your blog to others.

Also on this night you go and read more blogs that people have joined the vgno? Sorry i am new to all this.....Have a great weekend!:)
