The ultimate face off for any women on the run, waking up in the morning getting the kids ready for school and arriving to work on time. In your mind you are thinking breakfast is the most important part of the day to get you started, but you simple just do not find the time. You opted for a hot cup of freshly brewed coffee or green tea.

Even though coffee receives a large amount of criticism for causing long lasting negative effects throughout the day. You make your selection by way of your taste buds not everyday changing medical information. I have found in my many researches that coffee is truly beneficial as listed below:

Stress

However, a hot cup of Green Tea does anyone good, I especially enjoy mine with a few drops of sugar and a small amount of half and half. My secret mindful ritual that often accompanies drinking green tea can be rewarding enough to anyone who can relate.

Skin Damage

So It's A TIE... the next time you decide between a freshly brewed cup of Java or a hot cup of Green Tea consider all you are gaining in your morning experience...
