You may have noticed that I am absolutely obsessed with cooking in my crock pot. You know what? Crock pot cooking is cool. It’s also an easy way to get a home cooked, healthy dinner on the table when you’ve got kids, work and who knows what else to take care of today! And yes, I do realize that I have a fantabulous crock pot pot roast that I’ve already shared with ya’ll. But this week I was inspired by one of the members of The Mommyhood Project Forum who absolutely raved about putting horseradish on her pot roast before tossing it in the crock pot.
