Thank you! Don't blame you for leaving CT to go to FL...I'm trying to get new followers and readers, hence joining here. Looking forward to checking out your blog and hopefully we can support each other!
Thank you so much for taking an interest in my random babbles. :) I have checked out your blog, and it's fantastic, i'm following! :)
Thanks again for the warm welcome.
It's so good to hear from you. To be honest you hit it right on the money. It's rough working that shift...but it does free up my afternoons and evenings to spend with my kids. I'd love to be a full time mom...but that's just not in the cards for me right now.
I did do the site myself. I wanted to provide news to other parents, but then Meijer, which is a major grocery chain in our area, decided to sponsor things on my blog as well. So it's kind of all intregrated with my other job too. Your recent blog post is so right. If you work at it...you can get something in return. I wish you the best and I look forward to hearing from you again. Take Care!
Thank you Darlena for your words of encouragement. I tried to give you a vote on the website you listed in your blog but they said that your listing already existed???
PS, may I make a comment about your steam-cleaning. Did you vacuum first before cleaning? It picks all the little stuff up and then the steam cleaner only has to worry about the dirt. Let me know if that works.
Hi!! I just wanted to say thanks for the Welcome!! and I clicked over and started following your blog also : ) I love the "Mother's letter of Explanation" aka the library story ( I could totally relate, lol : ) I also wanted to add that I found all the graphics for my blog at thecutestblogontheblock.com i'm not that great with adding things, but they make it super simple and have lots of cute templates and designs : ) Thanks again for the follow : ) Elizabeth
Hi There, Thankyou for the warm welcome...so pleased to be making new Blogger mummy Friends. Love your blog and I am thrilled to be following, Love & Hugs, Mama Syder x
Thanks for your comments. I'm new to all of this so it is wonderful to feel so welcomed. It's amazing how we moms of twins always seem to find each other. I have met so many parents of twin on websites or even in the market and we always have stories to share. I will be glad to give any advice I can but I have to warn you my twins are boys and the difference between girls and boys is truly as different as mars and venus. It's been my experience that girls are quite a bit more dramatic than boys. LOL!! But having twins in an awesome experience. I have so many wonderful memories and every day even at 14 they seem to amaze me. But when they were young like your girls they too were very much on an identical schedule - but not by my doing but simply by design and I'm sure it would have been the same, so I dont think you have instigated anything. They would have done this to you any way!! My boys did everything at the same time. I used to have to sit indian style on my bed with a babies head on each knee so that I could feed them both! When we would put them in their crib at night (the same crib) we would start them off at each end, Justin's head at one end and Joshua's at the other... by morning they were both in the middle side by side, as they were in the womb. And at your girls age they would talk to each other in their sleep. So you see you could not have planned for them to do everything together... God simply designed them to always be together!
yay! Thank you! You are my first follower...I feel like I have arrived LOL Hoping to make some new cyber friends and connect with other moms. What a great way to do it. I'm glad to be here and I will be checking out your blog as well! Us mom's gotta support each other! Thanks again!!
I am sorry I haven't replied to you. Life is a bit overwhelming. Usually, I am much more attentive.
I decided to work at an orphanage for several reasons. One is I was out of college, knew I wanted to work with kids, and needed a job. St. Joseph's was referred to me by another agency ironically because they didn't want to hire but liked me enough to refer me. Once I met the people who worked there, I was sold. The kids were great.
Another reason I worked at St. Joseph's was because my life as a child had a lot of ups and downs. I wanted to work with kids to give them more "ups."
All the best and again- incredibly sorry for the late reply. Keep up with me as best you can.
