Hi Stephanie and welcome. Wow 3 boys and you look fabulous! I also have three boys, 9 , 19 and 23! Just visited your blog, what a wonderful niche for a blog.  You are brave to try the fortune cookies.

Hope we can share lots of blog tips. 

One tip for you, put more ways to share your recipe on your site.  I wanted to share on facebook. digg  and so on... but did not see a way to share with all of them apart from like and tweets and circle of frineds. There are share buttons that let you share with many different social media.
