thanks, please be sure to follow me. I am using myfitnesspal.com to count my calories. right now i am only taking in 1200 give or take. if i keep what i;m doing it says i'll loose 25 pounds in 6 weeks. we shall see how that goes.

Thanks Ella from the warm welcome ... I am becoming more familiar with the lay-of-the-land here on MBC. My children are grown, but continue to read. I've kept some of my favorite children books that I read to them at bed-time.

Body image is a roller coaster! 14 pounds is awesome, celebrate that girl!! I am learning to celebrate and not bring myself down Look int he mirro and say "wow Ilost 14 pouunds and I look great!" Seriously talknig in the mirror over time will make you believe it. You deserve to believe it!
