Hi there from The Girlz Korner in upstate New York where you'll find light, witty and rather entertaining articles on every topic imaginable from The Little Black Dress to Making Whoopie. So if you get a chance to kick back and exhale, if only for a brief moment ... come on over and see me some time.
I'm sorry the Under 100 Club isn't working out for you. I don't know what I did differently from you, but I have increased my followers by over 100. When you follow someone are you telling them that you are following from the Under 100 Club? That is what I have done. Again, sorry that it isn't working for you! I am considering starting another follow club so that I can control the membership a little more instead of just the member list. Good luck!
This is a good site to get something like that if I understand what you are looking for. Good Luck. Are your followers growing yet? I hope so :)

I believe that is just for the background, not for the actual layout. To change the layout of your blog, you'll need to follow the intructions in the link Jennifer referred you to first, and then you can follow the steps on the other website.
It shouldn't make any difference at all. Just be sure you make a backup of your blog before you make any changes. (Under the layout Tab, click on Edit HTML. Then, click on "Download a copy....") That way, if something happens, you can just upload that backup and everything will be right again.
