One of the contributing factors to childhood obesity is portion control. Our kids need to eat until they no longer feel hungry then STOP! If they want seconds have them wait 20 minutes. It may take 20 minutes for the feeling of fullness to set in. This would allow for less waisting of food, less childhood obesity and help with world hunger.
