I am behind sorry:) Just sign up twitter and start following people that you read or know- most will follow back.
I post URL for my blog post daily. I use it for Mommytalk, the place I work. Consider it a mini-blog to type random thoughts.
It is sooo much fun to go on Twitter during big events, like the debates- people comment.
Look at PR people they offer a lot of oppurtunities! I became a Mom expert for Wishpot on Twitter:)
It takes awhile to get use to it but once you do it is addicting!
