Hi, Momo :) I've been having a really hard time with my IT band. I was on a really good schedule trying to work up my distance and speed, and my knee started hurting in March. So I took a break. Then I went on a trip with my daughter to NYC where we walked everywhere, and my knee pain came back along with some pain in my hip. I looked up some stretches and have done those a few times. Then I got some flu bug last week that totally wiped me out for almost the whole week. Now I'm starting to feel better and hope my it band is back to normal because I NEED to start running again. But I hope I don't have to go backwards too far. I always hate starting all over again after I've taken a break.
