Hi Sweet Lady - I saw you message about running Moms and it nearly broke my heart! I was a marathon runner until a few years ago. I blew out my knee during my last half marathon (blew it out in the first 2 miles and still continued to run the last 11 miles - which did severe damage - but my time was awesome - shaved off 3 minutes :) Anyway, no more running for me, but I understand being passionate about it! You girls have fun running and take care of your knees! I have moved onto swimming - which I am horrible at but let me tell ya it is great exercise.

Thanks for the welcome. I'm laughing at running mommies right now. On modified bedrest so I'm not running anywhere. However, my goal is a couch to 5K next spring to get me back in shape. I'll check out your site soon.
