Hi, Momo :) I've been having a really hard time with my IT band. I was on a really good schedule trying to work up my distance and speed, and my knee started hurting in March. So I took a break. Then I went on a trip with my daughter to NYC where we walked everywhere, and my knee pain came back along with some pain in my hip. I looked up some stretches and have done those a few times. Then I got some flu bug last week that totally wiped me out for almost the whole week. Now I'm starting to feel better and hope my it band is back to normal because I NEED to start running again. But I hope I don't have to go backwards too far. I always hate starting all over again after I've taken a break.

Thank you, I hope to learn and share and indeed a work out is a workout. Dancing works best for us to keep everyone involved :)

Haha, you make ME laugh. No jogger stroller, but that's OK, I'd never be able to keep up with you anyway! I'd probably keel over trying. My average mile is probably like 11 minutes?

Hi! Thanks for the add! Check out my blog if you get a chance. http://blessingstocounton.blogspot.com/. It's bare bones at this point with only one post but it's a start! I will definitely be hitting you up for some ideas since you seem like a total expert. I am new at this so I will prob need some help and advice along the way.

Thanks so much for the warm welcome. I am sure that I will need some help soon, but right now am so busy trying to revamp my entire blog, add on to it, and "pimp" it that I barely have time to homeschool or do housework much less hang out on the internet :-)
