Lol! Small world huh! My husband has done different things within mechanical engineering right now he's a lead in supervising and over seeing construction of large pumps and vessels and other structures withing the oil refinery's but he was a pump and vessel designer before that and i gotta say he's much happier now. He hated being a designer, although he worked for a different company then and that company wasnt very good and they treat their employees badly.....jacobs engineering......ahem! i said nothing.....lol!
