I just read your comment on the discussion board. Wordpress does in-post pics well, but you do have to always type in the url of the image, not like where blogger allows you to "browse" for it. With wordpress you have to upload it into whichever folder you want then link to it. And of course you can use web links as well.
Thanks for the friend request and for reading my post:) As far as flax seed, it is best to use ground up and put in your yogurt, cereal, bread mix or even in spaghetti sauce. You can also purchase in oil form if you don't like the grounding of seed:)
