Cheers for that! Thanks for the blog comment. I know it isn't easy to do all the healthy things we know of - I just try each day to do at least 3 healthy things and to eat healthy with each meal. Takes some work but the beauty is feeling the benefit of a more healthy body - once you get that it becomes something you won't want to do without.

You might also want to move your INFO section up to the top of your profile so people see your blog link. Not everyone will scroll down ( my experience tracking ads is that most people do not scroll down past the top screen of a site).
Jenie - a great way to get traffic to your blog is to set up your blog posts to be 'tweeted out ' to your twitter followers. I usually will go to posts I see that have something I am interested in when i see the tweets :)
