I didn't think my was configured correctly either, but the widget will always give that message from your template (customization) view. I hit save and then visited my site by going straight to the url instead of viewing through my customization screen in tumblr. If that doesn't work then I would visit your google friend connect account, go to settings and make sure your home url is correct. Let me know if this helps:)
