Mom Bloggers Club

Have a Wonderful Day! Blessings, Noelle

Hey! Sooooooooooooo... some about what's happening with me.

Hello All! I am so excited about finding Mom Blogger's Club! I have a Blog Called Take Root and Write. I have assembled over 25 writers plus, that each write on an area that they are passionated and equipped to write on. They and I each have our own columns we submit to either weekly, bi-monthly or monthly. We also have like 10 Categories that each of us post into randomly. I just opened Take Root and Write on July 17th. Has been an awesome experience and I have been so blessed. Each writer posts herself so was challenging organizing and designing the site, but was worth it! When God showed me the vision of TRW He also gave me the idea to connect it to a network like this where there were groups that matched the columns over at TRW. So more ministry connection could happen. It's called Christian Women Take Root. Its only been a little over a month and we have over 350 Christian Women gathered. I have been so excited but at the same time a bit overwhelmed! I like went from never blogging to this huge project. It was a total God thing. I want to start blogging in my Blog in a Blog that I added to TRW where I can join in on some fun blog meme's and all. I am looking forward to doing so! It was all the bloggers out there like you ladies that soooooo inspired me to put together Take Root and Write. Yall are AWESOME! I have so much to learn.

Blessings to each of you! I look forward to getting to know you and growing and learning!

Noelle

At Take Root and Write there is always a "Potential Writer's"

It list out the topics I am looking for writers in at any given time. I will post them here, but all the Info about actually writing for TRW is on that page. So if you do see a topic that you might want to discuss with me, head to the Potentail Writers page and it will tell you what to do next!

Here are the topics at this time. I update it as it changes. So you can always check back.

  • Un-Equal Marriage (Married to a non- Christian Man)
  • Infertility
  • Raising Special Needs Children
  • Being a Mom that deals with an acute illness.

Hellooooooo! I will be 42 on Dec! Oh my! Too fun. I have been married for 19 years! Woop woo! I have 2 children, 28 year old son, and 14 almost 15 yr old daughter. (Dont do the math w/ my sons age... he is from my hubby's 1st marriage and has always been with us, me since he was 9) Anyway!
I homeschool my girlie, just started our 10 year.
I have always been in ministry in some compacity the last 20 years. Mostly through leading P&W.
I opened up my blog Take Root and Write on July 17th THIS YEAR! I am a newbie! It has been quiet the journey as God gave me the vision of having a huge team of writers come together to write individual columns covering the wide array of topics we as christian women face. It took about 2 months to gather the writers and design the blog. Learned a LOT! I love it and love the writers and connection with the readers over at Christian Women Take Root.
I am not here to advertise, unless when I get in there yall actually encourage it. I am here as a new blogger wanting to connect and learn from all of you!
What is your blogging philosophy?
Ok, What does that mean exactly? I will see others and let you know! HA!

I just realized today why it seemed that my formatting changes were not being saved. The 2 networks, Mom Bloggers and Christian Women Taking Root, are not the same. Forgive my confusion, but I have joined so many networks lately, my mental-pausal mind has trouble keeping up. {{GRIN}}

THANKS for the advice on making comments. I want to post things on my page for public consumption, but I'm not sure if anyone is seeing it. I do understand how to reply directly to comments. However, am I missing something when I post something publicly at the top of my comments? Perhaps I'm trying to Facebook here. Your help is appreciated.

Oh, and I did sign up for that new POKE feature. Sounds fun!

Hi Noelle! I am still getting used to this format, so I apologize for taking so long to see your request. Of course, I have seen you on Twitter. I don't post there as much. I am realizing that many of the comments don't make sense because I am not seeing the poster's entire network of comments. I have been amused by some of the worldly Twitter comments. We're not all on the same page... That's for sure. However, I am endeavoring to let my light shine.

I know Mel and Melissa from blogging. Great gals!

It will be nice to become more acquainted with YOU! And, this area has a better atmosphere.

Happy Weekend,
KJ

Love your blog! We have so much in common. I am very active in ministry in my church. I run a Chronic Illness Support Group and an event for Single Moms every year. You are amazing.
